How to start this epic journey?

We set off for a proposed three-month holiday that I tried negotiating down to six-weeks that then turned into a six-month arranged trip. Before departing, my only proviso was that my partner Bronnie took a surfboard. At the time, little did we know that we were embarking on an 18-month epic adventure around Latin America.

Through this time, we would immerse ourselves in local Latino and Indigenous culture. Discover and surf perfect and isolated waves from some of the crowdest locations to the most desolate. Traverse some of the higher peaks, venture deep into jungles, and cruise miles upon miles of coastlines.

This trip saw us challenge our status quos, meet many friendly faces, and best of all, we would develop a long-lasting love of our experiences that will continue to define and guide our lives.
